On the phone, at the door, or on the job: type what the customer tells you, in their words. Tap a match for the fix, the products we use, how it's priced, and what not to promise.
Branch
House rules for every call Company policy
Inspection fees credit back in full when the customer books the service we inspected for. Lead with this. It takes the risk out of saying yes.
No results guarantee on wildlife or rodent removal. The price covers the process and labor. Exclusion workmanship is warrantied.
All wildlife work and trapping follows NWCOA standards (National Wildlife Control Operators Association), along with applicable laws and requirements.
We don't do general damage repair or cleanup unless it's specifically contracted. Don't promise it, even if the customer asks.
Never call a pesticide "non-toxic." Botanical or natural doesn't mean harmless. Say botanical, plant-based, or naturally derived.
Prices can go up with distance from the shop on travel-based services. Quote the base and say so.
Never make up a price. If a price isn't in this guide: inspect first, custom quote, or quote per current branch pricing.
Not sure? Book the inspection. It's never the wrong answer.

We aren't selling "a spray"
Before choosing any product, we work out:
What the pest is.
Why it's there.
How it's getting in or surviving.
Which control methods fit its biology.
What structural, sanitation, or environmental conditions need correcting.
How to keep it from coming back.
Then we pick from the full toolbox:
Residuals keep protecting after we leave.
Non-repellents let pests walk through treatment without avoiding it.
Baits turn the pest's feeding behavior against it.
Growth regulators (IGRs) stop the next generation.
Dusts reach wall voids and cracks sprays can't.
Biologicals work in a completely different way from chemicals.
Mechanical traps physically remove pests.
Monitoring shows where activity is and whether it's dropping.
Wildlife cameras confirm what's actually on the property.
Exclusion closes the openings so they can't get back in.
Physical deterrents take away landing and roosting spots.
